I've seen numerous different problems and solutions to wired internet not working in Ubuntu 14.04, but none of them seem to apply to this case. Wired internet works fine in Windows 7 Pro and "Try Ubuntu" 14.04.2 LTS booted from disk and in the installed Ubuntu, but stops working after booting Windows and then Ubuntu. ![]()
